We are very excited to provide a school for tantric sex which offers some rare and very precious teachings. Our goal at Tantric Arts of Love is to teach all the aspects of sexual tantra needed to swiftly accomplish highly blissful love-making. Here in the West many gifted and dedicated teachers, including Carla Tara, our co-founder, have revolutionized the way we approach sex by making the teachings of sacred sexuality more accessible to the general public. This has resulted in the wonderfully successful tantric sexual movement that we are experiencing.

But hidden within Teachings of highly realized tantric masters are references to experiences of sexuality and orgasmic bliss that go far beyond what we in the West currently know as “tantric sex”. What are these methods and where can we learn them?   The methods themselves point the way to the most powerful form of Tantric Sexual Union we can know. This is called Karmamudra. Karmamudra is an aspect of the “Swift Path” to Realization, practiced in secret by Tibetan Buddhist Tantrikas for over 1300 years.  The different forms of Karmamudra all begin with practice of the Five Element sexual techniques.

These methods are so powerful, direct, and easy to learn that they produce results “swiftly.” Our primary staff, who have a long history of study and accomplishments in East Indian, Taoist, and Western tantric sexual methods, realize that the Tibetan Five Element practices do yield amazingly rapid results.

These practices are profoundly healing for body, mind, emotions, spirit, and, of course, sexuality.   Yeshe Dundrup of Tantric Arts of Love has been empowered to teach the Five Element Sexual Tantras, by our kind Tantrika Lama. This is the first time that these rare and precious techniques will be openly taught in the West. These methods are inclusive of other sexual tantric techniques and can easily be added to what one may already know.  The Five Elements are universal, therefore one need not become a Buddhist to learn and experience ecstatic joy.   The instruction in the Five Element Tantric methods include developing skills for communicating before, during and after sexual union, as well as techniques for semen retention, multiple orgasms for men and women, hand and oral skills for pleasuring partners, sexual movement and positions, sexual toning exercises, special breathing techniques, and an extensive array of other methods.  Carla Tara’s Ocean Breath (explained in her new e book) is the most swift and powerful way to open up doors to intimacy and deeper connection and has been successfully taught to several hundred of her students.
